Harriët Garvelink joined the Communications team of the Clingendael Institute in 2016. Before, she held positions within the government, business and PR Agency sector. She held, among other positions, the post of Communications Manager at Capgemini and first spokesperson at the Dutch Competition Authority and OPTA (now ACM).
As consultant Harriët has worked for the Centre for Asylum seekers, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, Municipality of Amsterdam and the Juliana children's Hospital.
Harriët studied Communication Sciences and Psychology at the University of Groningen.
