Luuk Pepers is an Academy Fellow at the Clingendael Institute. With a background in political international relations, Luuk specializes in (international) multilateral negotiations, conflict resolution, and democratic governance.

As a part of the Clingendael team, Luuk brings experience in navigating political landscapes and advocating for democratic principles. His expertise lies in cultivating strategic approaches to crisis management and negotiations within political contexts, thereby fostering inclusive decision-making processes.

Prior to joining Clingendael, Luuk held several positions in political organizations. He holds a Master's degree in International Leadership and Negotiation from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in History and Education.
