The Clingendael Russia & Eastern Europe Centre aims to increase knowledge of this vast and complex region through analysis, strategic policy advice and events.
In today’s shifting geopolitical landscape there is a need for deeper understanding of the Russian Federation and of regional developments in Eastern Europe as a whole. The tense relations between Russia and the West have a major impact on Europe’s security and economy and affect a wide range of issues, from the Arctic to the Middle East and from arms control to energy relations. In addition challenges in Eastern Europe such as domestic reform and protracted conflicts directly affect the stability of Europe’s neighbourhood.
The Clingendael Russia & Eastern Europe Centre aims to increase knowledge of this vast and complex region through analysis, strategic policy advice and events, in close co-operation with Dutch universities and knowledge platform Raam op Rusland. Feel free to reach out to the Coordinator of the Clingendael Russia and Eastern Europe Centre, Bob Deen.
Visit The Russia and Eastern Europe Knowledge Alliance (REKA), a network established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands to connect experts on Russia and Eastern Europe with policy-makers and with each other.
