Wouter Zweers is a project assistant at the Clingendael Institute where he focuses on a wide range of EU-related issues, including EU foreign policy and the European Neighbourhood Policy. He is involved in projects on EU policies towards Eastern Partnership countries, EU Strategic Partnerships, EU financial instruments for foreign policy and other EU-related issues.

Wouter holds a BA in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam, where he specialised in European policy and decision-making
and European institutional and economic integration. He is currently enrolled for the MA International Public Management and Policy at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to becoming a project assistant at Clingendael, he worked as an intern for the institute.
