The fight against IS: Turkey, Israel, the Middle East
In cooperation with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Council on Foreign Relations, the Clingendael Institute is organizing a panel discussion on the consequences of the fight against Islamic State (IS, aka ISIL/ISIS) for two important states in the Middle East: Turkey and Israel. What implications could this fight have in the longer term for their position in the Middle East and their relations with the West?
Three internationally well-known experts will share their insights on different aspects of this topic in a public meeting, held on Thursday 13 November 2014 at the Clingendael Institute in The Hague.
