The impact of the EU – the Republic of Moldova Association Agreement and DCFTA on Moldova’s future

The Embassy of the Republic of Moldova and the Clingendael Institute are very pleased to invite you to a public event, entitled:
 
“The impact of the EU – the Republic of Moldova Association Agreement and DCFTA on Moldova’s future. The challenges of regional geopolitics”
 
Keynote speaker is H.E. Mr. Iurie Leancă Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova. Prior to this H.E. Mr. Leancă was Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova, Senior Adviser to the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, held different positions in the Moldovan diplomatic corps and also work in the private sector as Vice Chairman of ASCOM Company.
 
The Prime Minister would like to take the opportunity to talk about the signing of EU-Moldova Association Agreement and DCFTA, a follow up after the Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius and Moldova’s efforts to implement the European Agenda.

Mr. Ron Ton, Director of Clingendael Academy at the Clingendael Institute, will moderate the event and Q & A session after the lecture.
 
It is both a pleasure and an honor to invite you to this special occasion, which will be held on Thursday 16 January 2014, from 14.00-15.30 hrs at the Clingendael Institute (Clingendael 7, The Hague). Registration starts at 13.30 hrs.
