The Netherlands Red Cross is celebrating its 150th anniversary. As part of the celebration, the Netherlands Red Cross is hosting an interactive conference on compliance with international humanitarian law.
Together with Thomas Hallier of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Clingendael Academy Deputy Director, Wilbur Perlot, will co-facilitate the workshop 'Negotiating humanitarian access: obtaining consent while maintaining mandate?'
