The Clingendael Institute was honoured to welcome the Chief-of-Staff of the French Navy, Admiral Christophe Prazuck as guest speaker. Admiral Prazuck presented an address titled 'French Navy: Strategic autonomy and European cooperation'.

The session was moderated by General (ret.) Tom Middendorp, former Chief of Defence of the Netherlands.
