The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania, H.E. Mr. Ditmir Bushati, and his delegation visited Clingendael on the 10th of December. 

The Minister expressed his highest appreciation for the longstanding cooperation in diplomatic training.

Since the early 1990-ties the Clingendael Academy has been training Albanian diplomats. Also, trainings were given to senior staff in the development of the diplomatic academies for Balkan countries.

Currently, Albania is participating in the Clingendael Matra diplomatic training for South Eastern European countries (the Balkan countries and Turkey).
