Rethinking counter-piracy

On the 24th of November Dr Bibi van Ginkel visited the Gateway house Conference, on board of the HNLMS Rotterdam, organized by Gateway House and The Dutch Embassy in Mumbai, India, to discuss the current state of affairs and challenges in anti-piracy operations and deliberated on potential steps to up security.
