Jorik Hagenaars is a General Staff Member at Clingendael Institute, where he supports the business development and the communication team.
His work includes identifying new project opportunities, supporting project acquisition efforts, and assisting the media team in a background role. He also conducts structured internal assessments and takes on non-daily tasks such as streamlining organisational templates.
Before joining Clingendael in October 2024, Jorik worked as a Dutch and English teacher at a refugee shelter and organised network events on professional and social integration. He has also completed courses in civil mediation.
