The Board of Governors met four times during 2014. In addition to this, the Executive Committee (president, vice-president and treasurer) met seven times. The Board of Governors discusses inter alia the annual plan and budget for 2015 and the annual report and financial report of 2013. In addition to general management, financial and staff issues (such as the quarterly financial reports), the Board discussed and monitored the talks with the Dutch Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence about their relations with Clingendael after 2015.
