Robin Neumann is the Personal Assistant to the General Director of the Clingendael Institute, Monika Sie Dhian Ho, where she provides strategic support. In this role, she focuses on substantive policy matters, conducts research, and contributes to high-level policy advice.

In addition to her role as Personal Assistant, Robin is a Researcher at Clingendael, specialising in EU governance, external strategic partnerships, and migration policy at both the EU and national levels. 

Robin holds a Cum Laude MSc in International Relations & Diplomacy (MIRD) from Leiden University, where she wrote her master's thesis on the success factors of migration partnerships. She also holds a Magna Cum Laude BA in Peace and Conflict Studies and Human Rights from the University of California, Berkeley. Before joining Clingendael in her current role, Robin interned with Clingendael’s migration team and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Copenhagen, where she focused on labor migration and climate migration.
