Henriëtte den Ouden is Academy Programme Fellow within the diplomacy programme. She focuses on trainings for foreign diplomats, with a particular emphasis on Southeast Asia (ASEAN), Central Asia, Indonesia and China. She also facilitates workshops on policy reporting.
Henriette has over 20 years of experience in project coordination and developing training curricula. Prior to joining Clingendael in 2007, she worked as a lecturer in the International Relations and International Organizations programme at the University of Groningen. She also worked as a training coordinator at Heineken International and worked as an educational programme coordinator at STEM Industrial Marketing Centre. Furthermore, she worked several years in Singapore in various marketing & sales positions.
Henriette holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Euroculture, both from the University of Groningen.
