Chinese foreign policy goals, the dangers of AI, the political roots behind the coups in the Sahel region, and many more! These were among the wide variety of topics that came to light in the eight-day open registration Course on International Security that was concluded last week.
Twenty international and Dutch participants, along with various experts, gathered at Clingendael to discuss trends and developments in international security. The course was opened by Eastern Europe expert Tony van der Togt with a newsroom on the current situation in Ukraine, and concluded by founder of the Young Afghan Women’s movement Husna Jalal and Radboud University’s Associate Professor Romain Malejacq (both on the photo) with group discussions on Afghanistan’s future.
