Tobias Koster is a Researcher at the China Centre of the Clingendael Institute and currently holds the position of secretary of the Dutch China Knowledge Network (CKN). His research mainly focuses on China and the global political economy.
Tobias holds an MA in International Relations, a BSc in International Business, and a BA in Philosophy of Social Science, all from the University of Groningen. He also completed an exchange program at National Taiwan University. Previously, he served as an Economic Policy Intern at the Consulate-General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and as an intern at Clingendael’s China Centre.
