Teaching philosophy

It is our objective to clarify the skills needed for operating effectively on an international level, by offering more knowledge, training skills, and encourage new behaviour. The value of practical experience and expert knowledge are recognized in our targeted training and courses. All our participants are actively encouraged to take responsibility for their individual learning process. Challenging lectures alternate with practical cases, simulation games, debating sessions, partnering, and speed dates with experts.
