Background

Where to start if you have to develop a strategy or policy?  When does an issue become important enough to take action? How to better prepare for future uncertainties? Our trainings in strategic thinking aim to help you analyse the external environment in an unconventional way.

Depending on the needs and the duration of the training, our in-house trainers offer you tools and models to funnel your thinking, such as scenario building, comprehensive analyses, network and stakeholder mapping,  and action-planning. The ultimate aim is to arrive at consciously decided policy actions through a rigorous process of scrutiny and debate.
