Luka Grgurović joined the Clingendael Institute as an Academy Project Fellow in February 2023. He coordinates various training courses aimed at Dutch, European, and international diplomats, civil servants and policy makers.

Luka holds a BA degree in European Studies from The Hague University of Applied Sciences. During his Bachelor studies, he completed an exchange semester at Plekhanov University of Economics in Moscow. Furthermore, he worked at the economic affairs & trade department of the Dutch Embassy to Serbia and Montenegro, where he organized trade missions and official visits, wrote speeches for embassy officials, and reported on policy developments.

In addition, he holds a MA degree in East European Studies from the University of Amsterdam. This provided him with a broad knowledge of the historical events and current developments in both Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans.
